What is an AI role?
A role is one job you hand to an AI agent, for example a sales assistant or an invoice checker. It bundles the skills, tools and rules for that job. Each plan includes a number of published skills, shared across all your roles.

Are skills and Apps limited?
Skills are: 30 on Solo, 150 on Team, 500 on Business, unlimited on Enterprise. Apps are 3 on Solo and 10 on Team, unlimited on Business and Enterprise. Only published skills and Apps count, drafts are free. Reach a limit and you get an email, not a lockout.

Do draft roles count?
No. A role counts only once it is published, which is when your agents can use it. Drafts are invisible to agents, so they are free however many you have. Unpublish a role and it stops counting from the next billing period.

What counts as a run?
One successful use of a skill by an agent. Failed calls do not count, retries within 60 seconds are free, and runaway loops are detected and paused.

No, and that is deliberate. Your agents use your own model provider keys, so you pay your provider directly with no markup from us.

What happens when I reach my runs?
By default, runs stop until an admin raises the cap. You can allow paid extra runs, buy a credit pack, or move up a plan.

Where is my data hosted?
Solo runs on skilder cloud in Europe. Team and Business are hosted in Switzerland. Enterprise can choose its region or run skilder on its own servers.

Do I pay for everyone who uses the skills?
Never. Agents are unlimited on every plan, and people are unlimited from Team up. Solo is for you and two team members. You pay for the published roles you govern and the work your agents do.
